What to have ready before you call
- The system model or serial number, if known
- Approximate installation date and who installed it
- What you are noticing: pressure, sound, taste, or a visible issue
- When it started, and whether it is constant or intermittent
- Access details for the property, if a visit is needed
What affects timing
How quickly we can respond depends on the nature of the issue, current scheduling load, and whether parts need to be confirmed first. Water quality and usage also affect how often maintenance is needed in the first place, so two identical systems in different households can be on different service intervals.
We will not commit to a specific response window or price over the phone until we understand the situation. Once we do, we will tell you plainly what to expect next.
