About Liquid Tec
What we do
Liquid Tec designs, installs, and supports water systems in Southwest Florida. That work spans whole-home filtration and conditioning, drinking water, hydrogen and alkaline technology, specialty automotive water, and commercial projects. The company operates as a single point of contact from the first conversation through years of ownership: one team assesses the water, specifies the equipment, installs it, and answers the phone afterward.
Water conditions vary block to block across Sarasota and the surrounding region. A municipal supply, a private well, and a canal-adjacent property can each demand a different combination of pretreatment, filtration, and conditioning. Liquid Tec treats that variation as the starting point of the work, not a detail to be skipped past on the way to a sale.

Assessment before equipment
A system that is correctly matched to a property's water source, plumbing condition, and household or facility usage will outperform a more expensive system that is not. Skipping assessment is the most common way a water project underdelivers, and it is the step Liquid Tec will not skip regardless of how simple a request sounds at first.
In practice that means asking about the water source, reviewing test data where it exists, looking at existing plumbing and fixtures, and understanding what the client actually wants their water to do before naming any equipment. Only once that picture is clear does the conversation move to specific technology and specifications.
This is also why Liquid Tec avoids one-size-fits-all packages. Two homes on the same street can need different pretreatment depending on their plumbing age, fixture count, and how the household actually uses water. A commercial account may need equipment sized around a process rather than a headcount. The method scales down to a single tap and up to a facility without changing its order of operations.

After installation
The relationship does not end when the equipment is turned on. Clients receive an explanation of how their system works, what routine maintenance it needs, and how to reach Liquid Tec with questions. Replacement filters and media, service visits, and answers about performance remain available for as long as the system is in service.
- A walkthrough of the installed system and how to operate it
- A maintenance schedule appropriate to the equipment installed
- Access to replacement filters and parts as they are due
- A direct line to Liquid Tec for service questions and troubleshooting

Founder
Clint Stratos
Clint Stratos is the founder of Liquid Tec, based in Sarasota, Florida.
The company's standards are set at the founder level: no system is specified without an assessment, no claim is published without documentation behind it, and no installation is considered finished until the client understands how to live with what has been installed. Those standards apply the same way whether the project is a single under-sink filter or a commercial system.
