We work with specialty automotive facilities, builders, and businesses across the region. Named relationships appear here only with written approval.

How we choose what to specify

A brand name on a spec sheet is not enough. Equipment earns a place in a Liquid Tec system by clearing a short list of practical requirements.
01
Documentation
Manufacturer specifications, installation requirements, and performance data have to exist and be verifiable, not asserted in marketing copy alone.
02
Parts availability
Replacement filters, media, and service parts need a reliable supply chain, so a client is not stranded years into ownership.
03
Warranty support
The manufacturer's warranty terms have to be real and enforceable, and Liquid Tec has to be able to explain them plainly before a client buys.
04
Third-party testing
Where a manufacturer makes a performance claim, we look for independent test data behind it rather than repeating the claim as written.

Approved partner records

Each partner listing requires approved relationship wording, scope, start and end dates, logo and image permissions, testimonial permissions, location, and referral tracking. Expired approvals are hidden automatically.

We do not describe Liquid Tec as an authorized dealer, exclusive provider, preferred vendor, official sponsor, or partner of any organization without written permission. Where Liquid Tec sells or installs a manufacturer's product, that relationship is described accurately and only in the terms the manufacturer has actually granted — never inflated to imply an exclusivity or endorsement that does not exist.

Working with Liquid Tec on a project

Builders, designers, and trade professionals bring us in at different stages of a project. The scope adjusts, the method does not.

On new construction and renovation projects, we are most useful when brought in during plumbing rough-in planning, so whole-home treatment and point-of-use drinking water can be designed around the space rather than retrofitted later. On existing properties, we can work directly with a homeowner or alongside the trade professional managing the broader project.

For specialty automotive builds, we coordinate with the facility on rinse-water plumbing and equipment placement before finishes are set. For commercial accounts, we work with facilities management or ownership to assess process water needs ahead of buildout.

  • A single point of contact for water system design across the project
  • Specifications delivered in a form usable by architects, GCs, and designers
  • Coordination on plumbing rough-in and equipment placement
  • Installation timed to the project schedule, with support after handover
